Southview condos: This condo project was sold out 2010, and the website has since not been renewed. However there is a YouTube video you can see what condo’s looked like.

Size: 22 Units
Features: Underground parking, roof top terrace, Air conditioned units

Morris Lake Vistas: This project is in its second phase, and over 75% sold out. Its located on the majestic Morris Lake, and thus accordingly named. The views from the water view condos is amazing, and of course the signature roof top terrace (accessible by all owners) has breath-taking views.

Size: 55 units per building
Features: Underground parking, roof top terrace, guest suite, gym, and live in super
