Shereef Elkoshairi here. I have been working in real estate since Aug 2004. My experience in real estate has been quiet varied. From the sale of land, to income properties, houses, and of course new construction condos as well as resale condos.

I have been involved in several new condo projects, both in Halifax and Dartmouth.

The way I do business is very simple, I just think of what my clients will say about their transaction with me after its complete, and nothing but the best will do when it comes to my reputation. Therefore I am as prompt as possible, and provide as much information as possible so that clients can make the best decision for them and their future.

I am a hardworking father of three amazing kids, an amateur horseman, an avid biker, and a patron of all things tech.

I grew up all over the world, and speak two languages. I moved to Canada 1995 to finish University at Dal, and previous to that finished high school in Maryland USA at a Catholic prep school.
